Kathleen Swoboda, MLS, OTR/L is the full-time faculty member and academic program director in the OCAT program for ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State Ashtabula and ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State East Liverpool. She earned a Master's of Liberal Studies degree with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling from ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï and a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in Occupational Therapy. Ms. Swoboda received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Technology from ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï.
