• AllOne Health program
  • Can assist with problems such as stress, anxiety, depression, child and eldercare needs, marital concerns or substance abuse.
  • Can provide assistance for financial, legal or identity theft issues.
  • All resources are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • All employees, household members, dependents in and away from home, and parents/parents-in-law are eligible to use any of the AllOne Health services.
• CAPTRUST - Financial Wellness
  • Hired by ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State to help employees make the most of their compensation and benefits package.
  • Provides investment advice to ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State’s retirement plan oversight committee and plan participants.

IT Training

IT offers a variety of trainings and workshops on technology topics including Microsoft M365, Google, Adobe Products, Cloud Storage and much more.  Sessions include training in person, on-line and through Teams.  Visit the Technology Workshops website for available topics.  All sessions are available and are free to students, staff and faculty.

  • Join the MS Teams Phone training to unlock the full potential of Teams Phone communication! 
  • This interactive session will guide participants through the features of MS Teams Phone, including making and receiving calls, managing calls with hold and transfer, voicemails, and notifications/priority calling.
  •  Perfect for users of all skill levels, the workshop includes hands-on exercises and Q&A time to ensure you leave confident in your ability to enhance your team's productivity!

  • Learning resources, both on-demand and in-person, are available at Learn how the power of Adobe tools can improve your experience at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State!
  • There is a fee for the subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud but you can attend the training without the subscription/license.
    • Subscription includes all of your favorite applications such as Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator, and much, much more!  A Creative Cloud subscription also includes 100 GB (gigabytes) of cloud storage.

Finance and Budget Training

 Controller's Office

• Website provides information regarding the various departments that are within the Controller's office: Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, Grants Accounting, Student Receivable Accounting, Payroll, Tax and Treasury.   There is a wealth of information that can be found for each department.

Internal Audit

  • Established to provide a formalized mechanism to communicate fraud and fiscal abuse concerns
  • Intended to protect individuals who engage in good faith disclosure of a suspected violation

University Budget Office sessions provide the skills, tools and knowledge for university administrators to learn and develop their financial abilities and become advanced fiscal stewards of the university. These trainings are facilitated by the University Budget Office and have been prepared for any level of administrator from entry-level through executive leadership.
