Poster Sale

• The biggest and newest back to school poster sale is coming to ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State!
• The sale is put on by the company the College Poster Sale and is sponsored by the Flash Activities Board (FAB).
• The sale will be all week from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on the second floor of the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Student Center. 

IT Welcome Tent

• Welcome to ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State! Stop by the IT Welcome Tent to discover free tech resources available to help you succeed in school!
• Learn how to get free Microsoft Office, Adobe Express, TechHelp support, tech training, and much more. Our team is here to answer your questions and get you connected.
• Visit their to explore IT Services for students at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State! Go Flashes!
• Will be on the Risman Plaza from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Student Accessibility Services (SAS) Optional Orientation - Virtual Session

• New to SAS? Join one of Student Accessibility Services’ optional orientation sessions to get a quick refresher on sending Course Accommodation Letters, scheduling exams, and using your accommodations with confidence.

• Session will take place from 10-11 a.m.

Week of Welcome: Plant Your Roots (College of Aeronautics and Engineering)

• Plant your roots, grow your future. At the College of Aeronautics and Engineering, we’re here to help you take off and thrive—on campus and beyond! 
• Join us for a relaxing and creative welcome week event where you can pick out your own mini succulent and decorate a pot to make it your own. It’s a fun way to meet fellow students, connect with CAE faculty and staff, and start the semester with something that will grow right along with you. 
• This event will take place from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Aeronautics & Engineering Building Timken Atrium.   

School of Music Mixer

• Welcome to the School of Music!   
• Stop by the school lobby, outside of Ludwig Recital Hall, to eat pizza, meet fellow music lovers, and explore opportunities to perform and socialize in the School of Music.   
• Open to all School of Music students and anyone on campus interested in participating in music courses, ensembles, or student organizations. 
• This event will take place from 3-5 p.m. in the School of Music lobby in the Center for Performing Arts (outside of Ludwig Recital Hall).

Hillel Freshman Food Tour

• Join ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Hillel in downtown ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï to try a few local food spots and get to know ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï!    
• Meet first at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Hillel - 613 East Summit Street.  
• This event will take place from 6-8 p.m. 

Flash Activities Board (FAB) Karaoke Night

• Want to show off your vocals to friends? If this applies to you or even if it does not and you are looking for a fun time with friends before the school year starts, make sure to join the Flash Activities Board (FAB) in the Rathskeller (lower level of the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Student Center) for open karaoke night.  
• This event will take place from 7-9 p.m.  

ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Interhall Council (KIC) Outdoor Movie

• Grab your favorite blanket or oversized hoodie and join us on August 19th on the Commons from 8:00 - 10:00 p.m. for a classic movie screening under the stars.   
• This relaxed, free‑spirited event caters to students looking to unwind, connect, and share some popcorn! 
• This event will be at The Commons.
