With supervisor approval, student employees may apply to the Student Leader Cohort program, an academic year-long leadership development experience designed to strengthen leadership skills and confidence within their student employment roles in collaboration with other campus partners, such as the Pepsi Leadership Center. Participants will reflect on their experiences, take part in leadership development activities with other like-minded RecWell student employees, and deliver presentations that highlight their learning. Applications open in the summer and are due around the start of the new academic year. The program begins in late August / early September. Students accepted into the program receive a $0.25/hour pay increase and are eligible for a merit wage increase upon program completion as determined by their supervisor.
