KSUCPM Continuing Medical Education Conference Policies, Procedures and Statements

Accreditation Statement:
The 2026 Foot & Ankle Renaissance is a continuing podiatric medical education conference presented by 天天吃瓜 College of Podiatric Medicine.  天天吃瓜 College of Podiatric Medicine is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. 天天吃瓜 College of Podiatric Medicine has approved this activity for 15 Category 1 continuing education contact hours.

Intended Audience: Podiatric Physicians, Residents

Registration Refunds and Cancellations:

50% refund if cancelled on or before February 27, 2026.

No refunds if cancelled after February 27, 2026.

Attendee Travel and Accommodation Responsibility:

Travel and Hotel booking and cancellations are the responsibility of the Attendee.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.

2025 Learning Objectives:

  • Describe common imaging methods used to evaluate injuries associated with sports activities.
  • Explain the biomechanics of common sports injuries and analyze appropriate rehabilitation strategies.
  • Demonstrate current surgical approaches for sports-related and traumatic foot and ankle injuries, including emerging minimally invasive techniques.
  • Evaluate the current status, indications, and outcomes of total ankle joint arthroplasty.
  • Analyze advances and surgical options in first metatarsal procedures, including minimal incision techniques.
  • Apply and evaluate multidisciplinary strategies for the comprehensive management of patients with diabetic foot complications.

Changes to Lectures or Schedules:
KSUCPM reserves the right to adjust or change any lecture or schedule due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. Note: There are limited spaces and registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

No commercial interest provided financial support for this continuing education activity.

Faculty/Staff Disclosure:

KSUCPM follows CPME 720 Standards to ensure that all continuing education activities are unbiased, evidence-based, and focused solely on improving patient care. Educational materials do not contain advertising or promotional content and present balanced, generic, and impartial discussions of therapeutic options. All patient information is fully de-identified, and lectures are reviewed to confirm they meet non-commercial and confidentiality requirements. Speakers and staff are required to disclose any relevant financial relationships, including their name, the commercial entity involved, and the nature of the relationship鈥攐r state that no relevant relationships exist. These disclosures are shared with attendees by the session moderator during each speaker鈥檚 introduction.

Evaluations and Certificates:

Daily tract evaluations will be emailed to the address used to register for the conference. Overall conference evaluations will be sent following conference conclusion on Sunday. Certificates will be emailed to the address used for registration within two weeks following the conference.
