HR Question of the Week: What is the date of this year’s Veterans Day recognition ceremony?

You are invited to attend and honor America’s veterans at this year’s Veterans Day program, “Honoring All Who Serve,” on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 11 a.m. on the Student Green at Risman Plaza.

The outdoor program will include a flag-raising ceremony conducted by a joint color guard from ��Թ�’s Army and Air Force ROTC programs, remarks from ��Թ� State President Beverly Warren and guest speakers. All are invited to join together to pay tribute to America’s veterans. A special invitation is extended to ��Թ� State faculty, staff, students and community members who are veterans, active service members or who have family members in the military.

A reception in the ��Թ� Student Center Kiva lobby will follow the brief program. In the event of inclement weather, the rain location will be the ��Թ� Student Center Kiva.

Open Enrollment Opens Monday, Oct. 13

Dear Colleagues,

Open Enrollment for the 2026 benefit year will begin on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at 8 a.m. and continue through Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, at 5 p.m.

We encourage you to take the opportunity to review your current benefit plan selections and re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs using the Open Enrollment website. Complete 2026 plan information will be made available by Monday, Oct. 13.
