When funds are awarded to the university for a specific purpose, they are referred to as Restricted Funds. An Index is set up in Banner庐 specifically for the project or contract.
Because the funds are restricted, spending must comply with agency and/or governmental guidelines as well as university policies.
Practices and procedures have been established to help Principal Investigators, Project Directors, and Grant Administrators manage restricted project funds in a manner that is ethical, responsible, and compliant with regulations.
