This talk pulls at one thread of Chicana art to consider archives that hide in plain sight and how those archives situate Kira Dominguez Hultgren’s making practice through the lens of the U.S. Arts and Craft movement and Latinx art. The research for this talk was funded by a Center for Craft, Craft Research Fund Project Grant.
