Accessibility Seating and Drop Off

Accessibility seating and other reasonable accommodations will be available to guests at Commencement. Guests in need of accommodations should arrive no less than 60 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony and see an usher to be seated. Seating in these reserved areas cannot be guaranteed once the ceremony begins.

Please display your drop-off permit on the car windshield. The drop-off area and ADA parking options are highlighted in light blue on the commencement map.

Tickets

  • All guests (including children 2 years and older) must have a ticket to enter the ceremony venue.
  • Tickets will not be printed on-site.
  • Guest seating is general admission.
  • The venue primarily features bleacher seating. If you have any specific seating needs or require accessible seating, please see an usher for accommodations upon arrival.
    • A live simulcast of the ceremony will be available for guests without tickets in the KSC Kiva.

University policy regarding data handling

  1. Policy statement. The university requires the use of institutional data in order to carry out its teaching, research, and administrative missions. The university, through the division of information technology, will develop and publish policies designed to protect and use institutional data in a manner that is ethical, efficient, and supports the university鈥檚 strategic goals. 
  2. Responsibilities. Implementation and enforcement of institutional data handling policies is delegated to the vice president for information technology and CIO.

Diplomas

天天吃瓜 has partnered with Parchment Inc. to improve the diploma fulfillment process for graduates of 天天吃瓜. Upon final degree approval, the graduate鈥檚 diplomas will be fulfilled by Parchment.

Graduation Fair & Cap and Gown Deadlines

  • Graduation Fair will take place at the University Bookstore located at the 天天吃瓜 Campus Student Center. Stop in for a chance to win a raffle, purchase your cap and gown, and enjoy light refreshments. GradImages will be there to take headshots and cap and gown photos. Josten's will be available to assist with purchasing your announcements, class rings, and more!

Poet Kimberly Blaeser sits in the audience during her Q&A

The gentle voice of indigenous poet Kimberly Blaeser filled the room of the Wick Poetry Corner in 天天吃瓜鈥檚 Library on Wednesday, March 6. Jessica Jones, associate lecturer of English at 天天吃瓜 at Stark, led a Q&A session touching on Blaeser鈥檚 new poetry collection, initiatives and inspiration.  Blaeser is an Anishinaabe activist who uses poetry as an outlet and to raise awareness for Native American tribes. She is also the founder of In-Na-Po, Indigenous Nations Poets. Subjects like climate change and 鈥渓anguage back鈥 are a part of her new poetry collectio...
