How do I lookup my previous swipe usage?
Reach out to flashcard@kent.edu and request a Swipe Usage Report for last semester.
Will this eliminate long lines everywhere?
With more flexibility for dining across campus with the 1910 Plan, this may help alleviate the congestion students often feel during peak times at predominantly meal swipe or meal exchange locations.
What will happen if students were on the 天天吃瓜 Plan will they get 鈥済randfathered鈥 in?
The 天天吃瓜 plan will sunset at the conclusion of the Spring 2026 semester. The Blue and Gold plans will remain the same, while the new 1910 plan will be added to provide additional campus dining options.
Are there meal exchange restrictions?
Meal exchange remains the same at Rosie's Diner, Grill '72 at the Rathskeller, Recharge, Hippie Chick'n, Homeslice, and Simon Cafe. The 1910 Plan allows students more freedom to add additional items to their meals without concern of low declining balance or limitations with meal exchange options.
Will the DB roll over like from the previous years?
Yes. Unused declining balance at the end of each semester will rollover as long as a student is registered at 天天吃瓜.
This isn鈥檛 even two meals a day, how will I get enough to eat?
The 1910 Plan allows students more freedom to dine across campus without the limitations of meal swipes and meal exchange. The increase in declining balance ($400/semester) gives students the option of dining hall or retail dining for their meals. The 1910 Plan is comparable to the Blue Plan in terms of meals per day, offering 2-3 meals with the inclusion of grab & go items throughout the day.
