Tax season is an extremely busy time of the year for ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï alumnus Mark Lloyd, who works as a tax manager at RSM US LLP tax, advisory and consulting firm in downtown Cleveland. Lloyd prepared for his career in accounting by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in accounting and finance from ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State’s Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship in 2018. Join the College of Public Health for a presentation about "Inside the AIDS Fight: Memoir of an Epidemiologist at the Pandemic Front Lines," with Harry W. Haverkos, M.D., physician with expertise in internal medicine and infectious diseases and author of the eponymous book.
Dr. Haverkos first encountered an AIDS patient in 1980, and by 1983, he challenged the prevailing belief that HIV alone caused AIDS, highlighting additional contributing factors.
