Established in 1990, the May 4 Oral History Collection includes more than 200 firsthand accounts that give researchers a more thorough understanding of the events of May 4 and the surrounding days and years. Ash Campbell, a senior KSU student double majoring in Digital Media Production and Theater Studies with a minor in Japanese language, recently studied abroad for a year at Rikkyo University in Tokyo, Japan.Ash said of his choice to study in Japan: 鈥淚鈥檝e had an interest in Japan for a long time, including Japanese music, movies, and literature. I went with a Japanese minor after taking classes in my last year of high school.
