Employee Appreciation Day Coming Soon

��Թ�’s annual Employee Appreciation Day will be held Tuesday, Sept. 13, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the ��Թ� Student Center Ballroom. A special evening event will be held for second- and third-shift workers from 10-11:30 p.m.

Registration opens Aug. 3. Register by Sept. 2 and you will be eligible to win prizes. Share in the fun and enjoy complimentary food, good music, Zumba demos, competitions and much more.

And do not forget your blue and gold. The “Spirit Patrol” will hand out prizes for employees showing their ��Թ� State pride. For all you do, this event is for you.

Everyone matters! Please consider participating in the university’s self-identification process. This process helps ��Թ� understand the composition of our diversified workforce and improve accessibility, veteran representation, and disability inclusion. Additionally, this will assist ��Թ� State to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and advancement initiatives related to the federal contractor compliance programs for veterans and individuals with disabilities.

Open Enrollment Opens Monday, Oct. 13

Dear Colleagues,

Open Enrollment for the 2026 benefit year will begin on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at 8 a.m. and continue through Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, at 5 p.m.

We encourage you to take the opportunity to review your current benefit plan selections and re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs using the Open Enrollment website. Complete 2026 plan information will be made available by Monday, Oct. 13.
