Join Weight Watchers at Work

Are you thinking about joining Weight Watchers at Work? There is no obligation. Full- and part-time employees can join anytime. 

Weight Watchers at Work also is open to spouses, dependents and students. You can choose from one of two discounted weight-loss programs:

  1. A monthly pass that gives faculty, staff and students a trial period without the lengthy commitment. You have the option of "at-work" or local community meetings.
  2. The online tailored program allows for participation at your own pace.

Simply attend the meetings Wednesdays at noon in ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Student Center, Room 303. Your group leader will assist with the registration process or you can follow the directions at www.kent.edu/hr/benefits/weight-watchers-work

National Wear Red Day

Save the date: Feb. 6 is National Wear Red Day. Don't forget to wear red, and to submit your heart health spirit pictures to wellness@kent.edu to earn 10 Tier 2 points.

Dear ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Faculty and Staff,

ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State has made a minor revision to its winter closure schedule for the current year. The university will close as previously scheduled on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at 10:30 p.m., with offices now set to re-open on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
