Save the date now for the Office Support Staff Recognition Program held Wednesday, April 27, in the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Student Center Ballroom. This luncheon recognizes university employees who provide office support throughout ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State’s campuses. Invitations will be mailed the first week in April.
Managers and supervisors should schedule coverage in their respective units so invitees may attend.

Dear ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Faculty and Staff,
ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State has made a minor revision to its winter closure schedule for the current year. The university will close as previously scheduled on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at 10:30 p.m., with offices now set to re-open on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.

Thank you for being engaged this Open Enrollment season. Maybe you took a few minutes to just review your benefit plans or maybe there were important changes to make and you took the time and opportunity to do so. With that being said, we had over a 77% participation rate in Open Enrollment.
Over the next few weeks, the Benefits team will be finalizing the Open Enrollment process and completing tasks to ensure all updates are in place for a Jan. 1, 2026 effective date.
