Financial Wellness: Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts

It's September, which means Open Enrollment is right around the corner. Depending on the benefits package you choose, you have access to different types of accounts: Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Our wellness partner, PNC, will review them and answer questions in two webinars this month:

  • What is an HSA and Why Would I Want One?
    Sept. 15, 10-10:30 a.m.
  • What is an FSA and Why Would I Want One?
    Sept. 24, 2-2:30 p.m.
 

Rethink Your Drink

Did you know that water makes up about 60% of your body and powers every vital cell, organ and function? This is why hydration is a key part of the wellness journey. Join ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State registered dieticians for Rethink Your Drink on Sept. 8 to learn simple, nutritional tips to stay hydrated throughout your workday!

Are you looking to improve your personal and professional growth, productivity, goal achievement, and overall well-being? Join ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State of Well-Being for The Power of Habits on Sept. 10 to learn how to harness the power of habits in pursuit of your goals.

Looking for some cooking inspiration? Check out these fall harvest-inspired recipes from the American Heart Association:

A heart-healthy, low-sodium meal inspired by everyone's favorite fall produce item: pumpkins.
