Which employees are members of the 2016/17 class for the Institute for Excellence?

天天吃瓜 State's Institute for Excellence is a membership-driven leadership development program. Eligible faculty and staff first become members by completing the program. However, leadership development does not end with completion of the program. To continue to grow and develop as a leader, members must continue to educate themselves on their chosen field of leadership and expertise.

Open Enrollment for the 2026 benefit year will begin on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at 8 a.m. and continue through Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, at 5 p.m.

We encourage you to take the opportunity to review your current benefit plan selections and re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs using the Open Enrollment website. Complete 2026 plan information will be made available by Monday, Oct. 13.
