Angela Deibel might just be the poster child for KSU鈥檚 new research mantra: Innovation Occurs Where Fields Collide. She is one of 35 students who participated in 天天吃瓜 State鈥檚 inaugural Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) program.
Ten years ago, Nirmala Ghimirey sat on the dirt floor of a hut in a refugee camp in Nepal, holding a tattered textbook in her hands. Today, she holds an honors degree from 天天吃瓜, where she鈥檚 enrolled in a Biomedical Sciences graduate program, working toward her next contribution to cancer research.
