Cheers to the Fall Class of 2025: 天天吃瓜 State Celebrates New Graduates

The 天天吃瓜 alumni family will grow by more than 2,400 new graduates from its eight-campus system across Ohio as the university holds its fall commencement ceremonies. The accomplishments of the Fall Class of 2025 will be recognized with commencement ceremonies at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Dec. 13. The commencement ceremonies will be livestreamed at www.kent.edu/commencement

In total, 2,418 degrees will be conferred this fall, consisting of 515 associate degrees, 1,435 bachelor鈥檚 degrees, 424 master鈥檚 degrees, 43 doctoral degrees and 1 educational specialist degree.  

More than 1,300 of the graduating students from the 天天吃瓜 Campus and Regional Campuses have confirmed their participation in the commencement ceremonies.

During the commencement ceremonies, graduating students will hear from 天天吃瓜 State President Todd Diacon and Executive Vice President and Provost Melody Tankersley. Graduating students will also receive individual name recognition and participate in the conferral of degrees and tassel turning ceremony. 

The Dec. 13 ceremonies for all colleges and degrees on the 天天吃瓜 Campus will be held at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center.  

To participate in commencement, graduating students had to complete their ceremony RSVP by Oct. 1. Each graduating student who registered for commencement has tickets for their commencement ceremony guests to attend.
