Collar Scholars 天天吃瓜 State is a puppy raising club supporting the largest national non-profit service dog organization Canine Companions through puppy raising, socialization, fundraising and outreach.
Collar Scholars is a puppy raising club that works with Canine Companions to help raise and train future service dogs to place them with adults, children and veterans free of charge. The club includes puppy raisers, sitters and general members.
