Monica Fencil (‘27)
A Junior from Butler, PA, at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï, graduating in May 2027. She is a peer educator and mentor, having served as a Peer Success Mentor for a general Flashes 101 course, where she honed skills in active listening, time management, and conflict resolution while supporting students. As a certified peer educator with the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State Well-Being program, she delivers education on the 8 dimensions of wellness and leads social media efforts to engage the campus community.
Lettie Friona (‘27)
A junior from Steubenville, OH, and a student at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï passionate about inclusivity, leadership, and personal growth. She is a member of Dress Up for Down Syndrome, supporting models as a backstage buddy and marketing team member, and serves as Social Media Coordinator for ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State Ladies Lift, promoting confidence and fitness education for women. She has studied abroad in Florence, Italy, is active in the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Student Education.
Ana Hasselbusch (‘26)
Senior from Pittsburgh, PA. Ana is passionate about student engagement and leadership. She is a member of Tri Sigma, Vice President of Programming for the Panhellenic Council, and President of the Flash Activities Board, leading a team to create impactful campus events. She also serves as Vice President of the PCMA student chapter, gaining hands-on experience in event planning and networking. Ana values organization, collaboration, and creating meaningful involvement opportunities for students.
Dylan Henson (‘26)
Dylan is passionate about leadership, service, and building strong communities on campus. He has served as United Greek Council President, on Programming Committee for Black United Students, and currently serves as Chapter President of his fraternity. Through these roles, he has developed strong skills in collaboration, communication, and servant leadership. Through his involvement with Flash Fellows, Dylan is committed to leading with purpose, supporting others, and making a lasting, positive impact at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State.
Cloe Jones (‘26)
Senior from Cincinnati, Ohio. Cloe brings enthusiasm and humor to everything she does and enjoys connecting with others through leadership and service. She’s been involved in USG, Panhellenic Council, Delta Zeta, Order of Omega, ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State Ambassadors, and mentorship programs, developing her leadership skills and practicing servant leadership along the way. She values growth, feedback, and supporting others, all while striving to leave ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State better than she found it.
Rebecca LaGuardia (‘26)
Senior from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, graduating in May 2026, with leadership and professional experience across academics, extracurriculars, and work. Involved with Alpha Lambda Delta, Irish Dance Club, Pre-Optometry Club, SAACS, and the Female Medical Student Organization. Served as a tutor, USG senator, and worked at Bella Eyecare, Blossom Music Center, and Aladdin’s Eatery. These experiences have built resilience, leadership, and strong communication skills!
Kylie McColloch (‘27)
A junior from Rootstown, graduating in May 2027, serving in the Student Nurses Association, Alpha Lambda Delta, and Delta Gamma as VP Communications. In Fall 2024, served as a Supplemental Instructor Leader for Molecules of Life, supporting first-year nursing students with tutoring and review sessions. These experiences helped develop leadership, communication, and time management skills, while fostering a passion for guiding and supporting others.
Ashley McGue (‘26)
A junior from Lima, Ohio, graduating in May 2026, she recently transferred to ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï and was enrolled in the P.E.E.R. Success Academy, with hopes of becoming a Peer Success Mentor. Coming from a small community college, she is eager to explore ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï’s on-campus opportunities and has already developed key leadership skills, including conflict management and self-awareness, through the P.E.E.R. program. She can also play over 15 instruments.
Alli Miller (‘26)
Senior at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï from Steubenville, OH, graduating in May 2026. Aspiring physician assistant with a passion for healthcare, research, and empowering others through fitness and wellness. Actively involved on campus as a member of the Flashes Elite Dance Team, President of ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State Ladies Lift, and Academic Achievement Assistant for Alpha Xi Delta. Engaged in community service, academic mentorship, and lab research, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and leadership while making a positive impact in both my community and future career in medicine.
Abigail Prusha (‘26)
A senior from Brecksville, Ohio, graduating in May 2026, serving as a member of Delta Zeta, Alpha Lambda Delta, Psi Chi, Phi Sigma Iota, and the Order of Omega, and currently interning at Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health. These experiences have strengthened leadership, confidence, and professional skills, preparing for a Ph.D. in Psychology and a career as a Clinical Psychologist.
Hannah Sietz (‘27)
Junior, from Mount Laurel, New Jersey, is on track to graduate from ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State in May 2027. As a Senator and newly elected Director of Academic Affairs, she represents student voices and works to improve academic policies. She currently serves on the Panhellenic Council as Vice President of Peer Accountability and Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, is Honor Council Secretary for Tri Sigma, and Vice President at Hillel, fostering inclusive campus communities.
Bayleigh Zimmer (‘26)
Senior from Cincinnati, Ohio. Bayleigh is an active Delta Zeta member, known for her organization, planning, and accountability, and can recite all 50 states alphabetically. Off-campus, she works as a Sales Lead at Loft Outlet, will intern with Ascena this summer, and serves as a brand ambassador for EVRY Jewels, building skills in leadership, customer service, sales, and merchandising while exploring her future career path!
