ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Campus scholarships are for the fall and spring semesters only. Requests to use a ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Campus scholarship for the summer semester are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This form cannot be used to appeal any other scholarships other than those listed. If your scholarship was awarded by another department, you must contact that department directly to request the use of the scholarship during the summer.
You may submit a scholarship appeal if you have extenuating circumstances as to why you did not meet your ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Campus scholarship renewal criteria. Extenuating circumstances include, but are not limited to, medical, personal or family emergencies.
It is encouraged for students to provide documentation which supports their scholarship statement. Please have your supporting documentation ready to upload prior to beginning the appeal process.
This form is for the Summer 2026, Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters.
Use this form to request disbursement of a Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan after the student is no longer enrolled.
This form is for both current students and new ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï campus freshmen starting in summer 2026. Please note, federal work study funding is limited each year. You must FIRST .
Do not complete this ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Campus Federal Work Study Request form if you have not yet completed a 2026-2027 FAFSA.
Use this form if you were required to submit an IRS Verification of Non- Filing Letter, but have not received it after 10 business days.
Use this form if you were not required to include parent information on your FAFSA. The student will start the form and complete the information pertaining to them. If the student is married, it will be routed to the spouse to complete their portion of the form.
Complete the Increase form if you need to increase your Federal Direct Loan amount or if you declined Federal Direct Loan funds and now want to accept them.
Complete the Decrease form if you want to reduce or cancel your Federal Direct Loan.
