The DPAE data team processes all submissions and updates official Banner records.
Step-By-Step Guide
Fill out or ask a staff member in your area to fill out the for any conversation that takes place with an alumni, donor or friend.
The form is mobile friendly and supports talk-to-text.
Key Considerations
- Share things such as conversations with alumni, friends and donors about university connections, philanthropic gifts, donated items (gifts-in-kind), areas of interest or other important updates.
- Upon submission, you can enter another report if you have multiple contacts to share.
- Preferred contact information can be updated here if you receive updated email addresses, mobile phone numbers, etc.
- Timeliness matters!

Virtual: Listen Like You Mean It: Active Listening in Action (BC= 1 hr.)
Join us for a lively, hands-on session where we’ll explore what it really means to listen with intention from body language and tone of voice (paraverbals) to the power of paraphrasing and summarizing. Through interactive practice and real-world scenarios, you’ll learn how to tune in, respond thoughtfully, and build trust and connections.
