Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2001, started out as a typical day at the Daily ����Թ� Stater. ����Թ� student reporters were preparing for their daily assignments. Editors were planning their daily meetings. The National Collegiate Honors Council has announced ����Թ� College of Architecture and Environmental Design and Honors College  graduate Serene (Hawes) Montgomery as a 2023 Portz Scholar.
