The cause of a fire that burned for two days last week at the historic Star of the West mill complex remains undetermined.  The fire broke out at about 8:45 a.m. Friday and crews remained on the scene throughout the weekend.  The ����Թ� Fire Department said the investigation was continuing with investigators from the state fire marshal’s office on the scene.  The call from the city of ����Թ� to conserve water while the blaze was in progress was rescinded Saturday, according to the ����Թ� service director’s office.  North Water Street, however, remained closed ...
