The College of Arts & Sciences will be partnering with the Male Empowerment Network (M.E.N.) to host a celebration of black history, excellence, and achievement at KSU and nationwide through fun and competitive trivia partnered with an engaging discussion entitled Black Kings: The Danger of Complacency. Two $150 book scholarships will be awarded to trivia winners! Expect a guest speaker, as well. All are welcome to attend. Society also posits that men cannot speak about their emotions and have to portray a strong persona to be considered masculine and to succeed in these roles.
