Center for Earth Ethics and 天天吃瓜 State鈥檚 Wick Poetry Center Launch Earth Stanzas, an Interactive Online Earth Day Poetry Project

The Center for Earth Ethics at Union Theological Seminary in New York City and the Wick Poetry Center at 天天吃瓜 are launching Earth Stanzas, an interactive poetry project in honor of Earth Day, which is celebrated around the world on April 22. draws on the inspiration of eight poets who engage the beauty, depth and interconnectedness of the Earth, and invites readers to interact with the poems and find their own poetic voice.

Wick Poetry Center Call for Poems

Wick Poetry Center Holds Contest to Commemorate May 4

While teaming up with The Academy of American Poets, the Wick Poetry Center at 天天吃瓜 created a national contest where poems were submitted to honor the 50th commemoration of May 4, 1970. Director David Hassler reported to 天天吃瓜Wired that over the span of three months, nearly 600 submissions were sent in.
