IN A FLASH: Flashes Trick or Treat!

On Halloween, the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Student Center and the University Library welcomed student trick-or-treaters in the afternoon and the Flashes Activity Board held a Boo Bash later in the day. ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State's Elvis was spotted handing out treats on Risman Plaza.
