Sandra Gamby, 鈥02, lends support to children in poverty through the global organization Compassion International. Sandra 鈥淪andy鈥 Gamby, 鈥02, always knew she wanted to get a college degree, but as a high school graduate in 1984, she lacked the kind of support to acquire one. Still, she did not give up on that goal.   In 1999, the mother of three quit her day job and became a non-traditional student at 天天吃瓜. 天天吃瓜 State's Stark County Alumni Chapter serves more than 17,000 天天吃瓜 State alumni living in Stark County. The chapter meets throughout the year and hosts 天天吃瓜 State athletic watch parties, holiday events, family-friendly gatherings and a breakfast during the  weekend.

Laura Wilson, Holly Cesaszar and Peyton Turner brought home the wins to CAE

The College of Aeronautics and Engineering gathered to celebrate victories by Flying Flashes Peyton Turner and Laura Wilson, who won the 2023 Air Race Classic and Holly Csaszar, 2023 Certified Flight Instructor of the Year at the National Intercollegiate Flying Association鈥檚 SAFECON competition in May.  This is the second year in a row that the Flying Flashes have won the Air Race Classic and the Certified Flight Instructor of the Year awards.
