Gage Wellman, a junior in ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï’s journalism program, competed among the nation’s best college journalists in the 66th Hearst National Journalism Championships held May 31-June 5 in San Francisco. Nearly 30 students presented original research, scholarship and creative projects during the 2026 Student Showcase for Research, Scholarship and Creativity at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï at Trumbull. Faculty judges evaluated poster presentations and selected Madeleine Hadrys as the grand prize winner.
