Dress up for Downs 2024 Fashion Event

IN A FLASH: Dressing up for Downs

Dress Up for Downs, a ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State student organization recently held its 8th annual fashion show fundraiser . The event, themed "Hollywood Heroes," featured a runway show with designs by ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State fashion design students and raised over $3000 for the Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Ohio.

Poet Seeks to Bring ‘Language Back’

The gentle voice of indigenous poet Kimberly Blaeser filled the room of the Wick Poetry Corner in ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï’s Library on Wednesday, March 6. Jessica Jones, associate lecturer of English at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï at Stark, led a Q&A session touching on Blaeser’s new poetry collection, initiatives and inspiration.
